Throughout his career, Kris has completed in excess of 400 domestic and cross-border mergers, and previously co-chaired Fenwick’s M&A practice for 10 years and served as a member of the firm’s executive committee for 6 years.

Kris counsels public and private companies in their strategic acquisitions and exit events, and provides day-to-day advice on corporate and strategic matters in a wide range of industries, including software, gaming, internet/e-commerce, artificial intelligence, social networking and life sciences. He is frequently hired as special M&A counsel at the time of exit for venture capital backed companies.

Kris has received numerous accolades and is consistently recognized for his work in M&A. He was recently named The Deal’s Dealmaker of the Year and Technology, Media & Telecom Dealmaker of the Year for his middle-market M&A work.
