Fenwick Represents Anyscale in Acquisition by Nscale

Fenwick is representing Anyscale, the platform for scaling any AI workload, in its pending acquisition by Nscale, a full-stack AI cloud platform.

The acquisition brings together two highly complementary companies: Nscale supplies the infrastructure (GPUs, data centers, and power) that AI runs on, and Anyscale supplies the software that machine learning engineers and AI platform teams use to run their workloads across that infrastructure.
