Fenwick Represents Attovia Therapeutics in $332.4M Upsized Initial Public Offering
Fenwick represented Attovia Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATTO), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases with high unmet need, in its upsized initial public offering of 19,550,000 shares of its common stock, including the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase 2,550,000 additional shares, at an initial public offering price of $17.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $332.4 million. All shares of common stock in the offering were sold by Attovia.
Morgan Stanley, Leerink Partners, Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. LifeSci Capital is acting as a passive book-running manager for the offering. More information can be obtained from Attovia’s announcement.
