Fenwick Represents Coinme in Acquisition by Polygon Labs

Fenwick is representing Coinme, a developer of a cryptocurrency platform designed to enhance access to digital currencies and promote a better financial future, in its pending acquisition by Polygon Labs, a global blockchain payments company building and operating infrastructure to move money instantly, reliably, and at internet scale on the Polygon Chain.
