Brandon advises on corporate matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. He has represented private and public companies in U.S. and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, strategic investments, securities law compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

While in law school, Brandon served as the Co-President of the Asian and Pacific-Islander Law Student Association.
