Fenwick Represents Lettuce in Acquisition of Carry

Fenwick represented Lettuce, a developer of an automated tax and accounting platform designed for solopreneurs, contractors, and freelancers, in its acquisition of Carry, a trusted retirement and investing platforms built specifically for self-employed professionals.

With Carry joining Lettuce, Lettuce can now offer a true end-to-end financial platform for solopreneurs. More information can be obtained from Lettuce’s announcement.
