Fenwick Represents SurePath AI in Acquisition by F5

Fenwick is representing SurePath AI, a developer of a data security platform designed for organizations to adopt GenAI services securely, in its acquisition by F5, Inc. (Nasdaq: FFIV), a multi-cloud application security and delivery company.

F5’s acquisition of SurePath AI will enhance a new AI Security Platform, tackle shadow AI risks, and deliver continuous visibility, governance, and protection for enterprise AI. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
