Fenwick Represents Embedded Ventures in Launch of its Inaugural Fund
Fenwick represented Embedded Ventures, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm, in the launch of its inaugural fund.
Embedded Ventures will use the fund to back companies building for both commercial and national security customers, especially in the space sector.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Byron Dailey and associate Julia Kerr.
