Fenwick Represents PIN Capital in Formation of Its Venture-Backed Startup

Fenwick represented PIN (Power in Numbers), a venture-backed startup and solo entrepreneurship, in the structuring of its community investment product and platform.

PIN’s founder was involved in a Stanford student investment club and wants to offer a similar community investment strategy for other schools, groups and communities.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Byron Dailey and associate Julia Kerr.
