Fenwick & West LLP represented Kony Solutions, Inc., a leading mobile and multi-channel application platform and packaged applications provider, in its recently announced $18.3 million Series D financing by Telstra Ventures. The companies also announced that they have entered into a reseller partnership, which enables Telstra to resell Kony’s solutions to its large established customer base.
Kony Solutions plans on utilizing part of the new funds to further its expansion into the Asia Pacific market, develop its cloud business by investing further in product development, marketing, sales and operations, and accelerate growth in the U.S.
