Fenwick Represents Nominal in $75M Series B Funding

Fenwick represented Nominal, a company specializing in creating end-to-end data analysis solutions for industrial engineering teams, in its $75 million Series B funding. The round was led by Sequoia Capital with participation from Lightspeed Venture Partners and existing investors Lux Capital, General Catalyst, and Founders Fund.

Nominal will use the funds to accelerate their Core and Connect product roadmaps, develop new products across the hardware test stack, and expand their team. More information can be obtained from the company announcement.
