Fenwick Represents Qordoba in $11.5 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick & West represented Qordoba, a leading UX content management platform provider, in its $11.5 million Series B financing. Aspect Ventures’ Jennifer Fonstad led the round with participation from Upfront Ventures, Rincon Ventures, Broadway Angels and Michael Stoppelman, co-founder of Yelp.

Qordoba will use the financing to accelerate development of Qordoba Content AI, a product that gives real time feedback and suggestions to companies to better deliver unforgettable experiences to users.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate lawyers Michael Esquivel, Ryan McRobert and Elena Moreno Cloutier.
