Fenwick & West represented ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE:NOW), the enterprise IT cloud company, in its recently announced acquisition of Neebula Systems, Ltd., whose flagship product ServiceWatch focuses on automation, mapping and monitoring of IT-enabled enterprise services. ServiceNow will pay approximately $100 million in the all-cash transaction.
The acquisition of Neebula Systems will augment the capabilities of other ServiceNow IT Operations Management products such as Event Management, Orchestration and Discovery.
