Fenwick & West represented Supercell Supercell Oy, the Finland-based developer of mobile games, including “Clash of Clans,” “Clash Royale” and “Boom Beach,” in its $5 million investment and minority stake acquisition of Redemption Games, a casual games startup based in Carlsbad, California and co-founded by Michael Witz and Dan Lin. Financial terms and the size of the stake were not disclosed.
