Fenwick Represents Underwriters in Barracuda Networks’ $75M Initial Public Offering

Fenwick & West represented the underwriters in the $75 million initial public offering for Barracuda Networks, Inc. (NYSE: CUDA), a provider of cloud-connected security and storage solutions. The company priced 4,140,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18 per share.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead joint bookrunners for the offering. William Blair & Company L.L.C., Pacific Crest Securities LLC and JMP Securities LLC acted as co-managers for the offering.
