Fenwick & West represented the underwriters in the initial public offering of Seattle, WA-based Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA).
A total of 9,430,000 shares of Tableau Software’s Class A common stock were sold at a price to the public of $31.00 per share, which included 1,230,000 shares issued upon the exercise in full of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. A total of 6,230,000 shares were sold by Tableau Software, and a total of 3,200,000 shares were sold by certain selling stockholders.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as book-running managers. UBS Securities LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. acted as co-lead managers, and JMP Securities LLC acted as co-manager.
