Fenwick Named Law360 Capital Markets Group of the Year


Fenwick has been named a Law360 Capital Markets Group of the Year on the publication’s annual list that recognizes leadership in landmark matters and general excellence.

In 2019, Fenwick’s capital markets lawyers handled significant initial public offerings and other capital markets transactions for leading technology companies, including guiding one of the year’s largest tech IPOs—Peloton’s $1.2 billion IPO. The firm also handled Bill.com’s IPO and represented the underwriters in Cloudflare’s $525 million IPO.

Fenwick also helped take multiple life sciences innovators public. Notably, in the span of just one month during summer 2019, the firm helped steer three major IPOs: Morphic’s $103.5 million IPO, Stoke Therapeutics’ $163 million IPO and Adaptive Biotechnologies’ $345 million IPO (underwriter representation).
