Fenwick Advises on $1.2B Peloton IPO, Continues Winning IPO Streak

Fenwick’s capital markets and public companies group closed significant initial public offerings in the last month for major tech companies, continuing the string of IPOs the firm has handled in 2019.

The firm advised Peloton Interactive, the world’s largest interactive fitness platform, in its $1.2 billion initial public offering. The team was led by partners Cynthia Clarfield Hess, Jamie Evans and Ran Ben-Tzur.

In addition, Fenwick represented the underwriters in Cloudflare’s $525 million IPO. Cloudflare runs one of the world’s largest networks, with nearly 10 percent of the Fortune 1,000 companies and approximately 18 percent of the top 10,000 websites using at least one Cloudflare product. Partners Jamie Evans, Gordon Davidson and Ran Ben-Tzur led the team.

Earlier this year, the firm also helped take multiple life sciences innovators public, including Stoke Therapeutics, Adaptive Biotechnologies (underwriter representation) and Morphic Holding.

Fenwick is regularly recognized as one of the top law firms for IPOs and currently ranks among the top two in the United States and the top three worldwide in gross proceeds for technology IPOs over $150 million, according to Dealpoint.
