Fenwick & West continues expansion of Seattle office with addition of prominent IP Litigator David K. Tellekson

Tellekson has joined the firm and will lead the intellectual property litigation practice in its Seattle office.

Mr. Tellekson received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in 1979, and his J. D. from DePaul University in 1983. Mr. Tellekson is a frequent writer and lecturer in areas of patent law and patent litigation, including:
Mr. Tellekson is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office. Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Mr. Tellekson was the managing principal at Darby & Darby in Seattle.
