Fenwick & West Adds Prominent IP Litigation Partner in Seattle

Fenwick & West continues expansion of Seattle office with addition of prominent IP Litigator David K. Tellekson

March 1, 2010 (Seattle, WA) – Fenwick & West LLP, a leading technology and life sciences law firm with offices in Seattle, Silicon Valley and San Francisco, is pleased to announce today that prominent Seattle-based patent litigation lawyer David K. Tellekson has joined the firm and will lead the intellectual property litigation practice in its Seattle office.

Mr. Tellekson received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in 1979, and his J. D. from DePaul University in 1983. Mr. Tellekson is a frequent writer and lecturer in areas of patent law and patent litigation, including:

He is a member of the state bar associations in Washington, New York, Illinois and Minnesota. He is also a Master Member of the Seattle Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.

Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Mr. Tellekson was the managing principal at Darby & Darby in Seattle. Mr. Tellekson has worked with prominent life sciences clients, including Novozymes, Cardiac Science, Oxford Biomedica, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and 3M. He has also worked with Seattle technology clients including Widevine Technologies and National Products.
