The firm ranked fourth on the list, placing it among the nation’s top five patent firms working with life sciences companies.
Lake Whillans published the inaugural Life Sciences Law Firm Index in January 2016 to help identify which law firms are the most active and relevant for life sciences companies with the purpose of “inform[ing] innovators about which firms are the leaders in the multi-faceted interplay between the legal market and the industry.”
The index’s list of top patent firms was compiled by collecting key data including the number of patents issued by the firm and successful patent defenses.
