Andy represents technology and life sciences companies in complex civil litigation and enforcement. He has advised companies, board members and major financial institutions through internal investigations and litigation in state and federal court on a variety of matters, including contract disputes, securities class actions and white collar defense.
Andy maintains an active pro bono practice with experience in prisoners’ rights, asylum and art-related disputes.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Andy clerked for the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Before that, he was an associate in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
