Andy represents technology companies and their founders, directors, officers and venture investors. He has litigated in state and federal court on a variety of matters, including contract disputes, merger challenges, and shareholder class actions. He has also conducted internal investigations, and advised clients in regulatory actions involving the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Department of Justice.

Andy maintains an active pro bono practice with experience in prisoners’ rights, immigration proceedings and art-related disputes. He regularly counsels non-profits and small businesses.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Andy clerked for the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Before that, he was an associate in the New York office of a leading international law firm.
