Claire advises technology and life sciences clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including everyday compliance matters; complex employment agreements and policies; terminations and reductions in force; wage and hour law; and unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Claire has significant litigation experience and has represented clients in class and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff disputes.
Claire also maintains an active pro bono practice and is deeply committed to providing pro bono legal services. Prior to joining Fenwick, Claire worked as an employment associate at an international law firm.
