Anna advises on a variety of corporate matters in the technology and life sciences sectors, including advising startups and emerging companies, venture capital financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Anna worked as a business program manager in the e-commerce and real estate technology sector.

While attending law school, she served as executive online editor for the Washington Law Review. She was also a Gregorie Fellow and worked in the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic.
