Emily advises on a broad range of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Emily was an associate at a leading international law firm where she represented publicly traded and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and other securities transactions. Emily also previously served as an in-house corporate lawyer of a Silicon Valley-based S&P 500 company.
During law school, Emily was a senior editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and received the W. Foster Reeve, III prize for the highest grade in her wills and trusts course.
