Erica concentrates on a broad range of corporate matters, including startups, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Erica worked at a leading international law firm.

While attending law school, Erica was awarded the Best Brief Award in Written & Oral Advocacy and received the Jurisprudence Award in Written & Oral Advocacy as well as the Prosser Prize in An Interdisciplinary Approach to Land Development and Investment.
