Jacob focuses on transactional matters that support clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems. He has advised several projects and affiliated companies on a variety of issues relating to complex securities law and corporate governance matters in connection with initial token offerings, security token offerings, private token sales, exchange offerings and secondary offerings. His clients include token issuers, investment platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges and projects developing blockchain-based products and services.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jacob was an associate at a leading law firm where he focused his practice on a variety of corporate and securities transactions.
