Jacob advises on transactional matters that support clients in the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem. He has counseled several projects and affiliated companies on a variety of issues relating to complex securities law and corporate governance matters in connection with initial token offerings, security token offerings, private token sales, exchange offerings and secondary offerings.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jacob was an associate at a leading law firm where he focused his practice on a variety of corporate and securities transactions.
