Jim advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jim was an associate at a leading international law firm where he represented clients in corporate and securities related matters. Before attending law school, Jim was an executive producer with a major interactive game studio.
During law school, Jim was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. He was also the recipient of the 2011 Fraser Prize and the Rosenbloom Prize for Excellence in Law and Finance. After law school, Jim served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Debra L. Stephens of the Washington Supreme Court.
