Julia concentrates her practice on a broad variety of technology and intellectual property matters for clients across different industries, including fintech, blockchain and cryptocurrency, software, and digital media and entertainment.
She counsels clients on technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions and on a broad range of commercial contracts and licensing arrangements, including complex strategic alliances, joint ventures and other collaboration agreements.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Julia was an associate in the technology transactions group of a leading international law firm in Brazil. She also served as an attorney for an American entertainment company drafting and negotiating contracts for content distribution.
