Julia represents clients in the fintech, blockchain, web3 and gaming industries on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions and on a broad range of commercial contracts and licensing arrangements. She represents a number of clients in other industries as well, including digital media and entertainment, and software-as-a-service.

She provides strategic IP advice to clients at all stages of mergers and other complex transactions, including public and private company mergers, stock acquisitions, investments, and divestures. She also counsels clients on a wide range of technology transactions and commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, sales and marketing, strategic alliances, joint ventures and other collaboration agreements.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Julia was an associate in the technology transactions group of a leading international law firm in Brazil. She also served as an attorney for an American entertainment company drafting and negotiating contracts for content distribution.
