Kaylynn advises on a wide range of antitrust matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She has particular experience advising clients on U.S. and international merger control processes, responding to antitrust agencies’ second requests, investigations into alleged anticompetitive conduct, and civil antitrust litigation.

Kaylynn’s recent experience includes representing clients in pharmaceutical and life sciences, technology, communications, and other industries in complex merger review proceedings before U.S. and international antitrust agencies.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kaylynn worked at a leading global law firm in Washington, D.C., and interned at the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
