Lisa advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries.
During law school, Lisa was a member of the University of Chicago Innovation Clinic, where she advised university-affiliated startups. She also worked as an Innovation Fund Associate at the University of Chicago’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, acting as a venture capital associate for the university and performing due diligence on innovative ventures coming out of the University of Chicago ecosystem. In addition, Lisa was selected to be a facilitator for the Law School’s Kapnick Leadership Development Initiative, where she worked with students at the Booth School of Business to develop a leadership program for incoming first-year law students.
Prior to attending law school, Lisa spent a year working in a variety of startups in San Francisco.
