Min Ju concentrates her practice on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Her background includes representing both private and public companies as well as private equity clients in regard to leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisitions and divestures, co-investments, spin-off transactions, PIPE transactions and public offerings.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Min Ju was a corporate associate in the mergers & acquisitions and private equity group at a leading international law firm.
While attending law school, Min Ju served as a legal intern at a prominent law firm based in Seoul, South Korea, senior financial editor for Columbia Business Law Review, and was part of the Columbia Business Law Association, Society for Korean Legal Studies as well as the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
