Nandy represents private and public companies in the technology and life sciences sectors. She focuses on corporate matters such as equity and debt offerings, SPAC transactions, blockchain and cryptocurrency-related matters, SEC compliance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Nandy worked as an associate at the New York office of a major international law firm. She also worked as an analyst at both KPMG and Ernst and Young.
