Troy advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on U.S. and international trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, brand enforcement and protection, mergers and acquisitions, and anti-counterfeiting.
During law school, Troy was the editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. He also served as a legal intern for Pure Storage, a data storage hardware and software company. Before pursuing a career in law, Troy was a senior research analyst with the Environmental Integrity Project.
