Ty advises clients on a broad variety of corporate matters, including startup and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

During law school, Ty participated in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic where he provided pro bono transactional legal services to Philadelphia area entrepreneurs and businesses.

Prior to attending law school, Ty worked as a management consultant at a leading global IT-services firm that provides consulting, strategy, and technology and operational services.
