Tyler focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in a variety of SEC-registered and exempt transactions of debt and equity securities offerings.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Tyler worked at a leading law firm.

While attending law school, Tyler was an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Policy and served on the executive board of the Moot Court Honor Society.
