With 20 years of experience in managing patent portfolios of all sizes, Brian regularly helps clients identify technical advantages, implement patent programs that capture these advantages and minimize the impact of competitors' patents. He leverages Fenwick’s innovative patent operations model to provide efficient patent prosecution guided by high-level strategies that tie into clients’ short- and long-term business goals.
Working closely with Fenwick’s intellectual property litigators, Brian also formulates core technical arguments in patent litigations and other adversarial contexts. He uses his deep experience analyzing patents and prior art to craft offensive and defensive strategies for post-grant proceedings, including inter partes reviews.
