Inga Goldbard focuses her practice on the representation of private companies in a broad range of matters from formation and corporate governance issues to complex financial transactions including restructuring, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Her clients represent a variety of industries including mobile, digital media and the life sciences.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Inga was an attorney in the New York office of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr LLP. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at the New York University Medical Center where she worked on implementing conflict of interest policies and other best practices regarding human and non-human subjects clinical research.
While in law school, Inga was a contributor for the Journal of Law, Medicine and Ethics.
