Victoria represents life sciences, healthcare and technology clients in a range of strategic transactions, including mergers, reverse mergers and other going public M&A transactions, stock and asset acquisitions, carve-out transactions and divestitures, and strategic investments. She regularly advises public and private companies on both the buy-side and the sell-side, and her M&A experience includes a number of cross-border transactions involving companies based in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia.

During law school, Victoria was note and comment editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law and spent five weeks studying abroad in Shanghai, PRC, with Willamette College of Law.
