2019 World Technology Law Conference: Ethical AI by Design — Introducing a Legal/Policy Framework for Ethical AI

During this dynamic session at ITechLaw's 2019 World Technology Law Conference​, several of the co-authors of ITechLaw's newly published AI Whitepaper will each present salient and actionable features of the fundamental principles of ethical artificial intelligence design, development and implementation. The panel will explore concrete challenges and solutions to the implementation of such core essential principles as “accountability,” “open data and fair competition,” “transparency and explainability,” as well as “fairness and non-discrimination.”
