The Federal Circuit Bar Association will host a webcast on the role of patent local rules, including the Association's newly introduced Model Local Patent Rules. A panel of federal judges will discuss their experiences managing patent cases and their views on the role of local patent rules in facilitating the conduct and resolution of patent litigation.
