Blake negotiates and drafts employee benefits and equity compensation-related components of mergers and acquisition transactions. Blake also advises clients regarding structuring their equity compensation and employee benefits plans, including drafting such plans. He has particular expertise in equity-based plans; corporate governance and disclosure; tax, securities and accounting treatment with respect to equity awards and plans; pension plans; welfare plans and retention/bonus plans.
Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Blake was an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Littler Mendelson.
