Fenwick & West represented Dropbox, Inc., an online storage company, in its acquisition of Germany-based Readmill Network Limited, creators of an open, independent reading platform. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Dropbox to expand its platform’s capabilities into the ebook and reading application space.
