Fenwick Represents Seal Software in $15M Strategic Investment by DocuSign

Fenwick & West represented Seal Software Group Limited, a leader in artificial intelligence software, contract discovery, data extraction and analytics, in its investment by DocuSign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU), the #1 eSignature vendor used in over 180 countries worldwide. DocuSign will invest $15,000,000 in Seal, furthering their relationship announced in June 2018.
