Fenwick & West represented Airware, a provider of end-to-end solutions that turn aerial data into business intelligence, in its strategic investment from Caterpillar Ventures, the venture arm of Caterpillar Inc.
Airware will use the investment to accelerate programs that allow dealers to offer solutions and services within the construction, mining and quarrying industries.
