Fenwick Represents Cisco in its Acquisition of Meraki for $1.2 Billion

Fenwick & West represented Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), the worldwide leader in networking, in its acquisition of Meraki Inc., a leader in cloud networking, for $1.2 billion in cash and retention-based incentives. Meraki’s cloud networking solutions will expand Cisco’s network offerings by providing scalable solutions for midmarket businesses.
