Fenwick Represents GOAT in Merger with Flight Club

Fenwick & West represented 1661, Inc. (“GOAT”), one of the world’s leading digital sneaker marketplaces, in its merger with Flight Club New York Ltd., a pioneer of sneaker consignment. Along with the merger, GOAT and Flight Club announced a new funding round of $60 million led by Index Ventures, with participation from previous GOAT investors Accel, Matrix Partners, Upfront Ventures and Webb Investment Network.

GOAT and Flight Club will continue to operate as independent brands, and focus on utilizing the strengths across the combined companies to scale online and retail operations to meet customer demand both domestically and internationally.
