Fenwick & West LLP represented Peixe Urbano in its acquisition of Zuppa, provider of an online reservation services. Peixe Urbano, which is headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, is the first and largest Latin-American local daily deals website. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
