Fenwick Represents 100 Thieves in its Sale of Juvee to Sprecher Brewing Company

Fenwick represented 100 Thieves, a gaming and lifestyle brand, in its sale of Juvee to Sprecher Brewing, an operator of a distillery intended to produce handcrafted beers. As part of the acquisition, Juvee’s production, bottling, and warehousing will be moved to Sprecher’s headquarters in Greater Milwaukee.
