Fenwick & West represented Workday, Inc. (NYSE: WDAY), a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for human resource and finance, in its definitive agreement to acquire Platfora, a leading provider of operational analytics and data discovery tools. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
