Fenwick & West LLP represented YuMe (NYSE: YUME), a provider of digital video brand advertising solutions, in its initial public offering. The initial public offering size was 5,125,000 shares of common stock at $9.00 per share. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 768,750 shares of common stock from certain selling stockholders.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank Securities and Barclays acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Needham & Company and Piper Jaffray acted as co-managers.
